Delivery within Sweden
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed.

All deliveries are sent with PostNord, DHL or DB Schenker and delivered to your nearest service point or directly to your mailbox depending on the size of the package.
Express delivery
Express delivery is not available at the moment. Please contact us at contact if you have an urgent need and we will help you.
International delivery
We currently ship to EU countries (Germany, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, France, Austria, etc.) and Norway.

Please note that customs duties and VAT may apply depending on the country. You, as the customer, are responsible for any such fees.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey all the way.
Returns & exchanges
We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
- The item must be in unused condition and in its original packaging
- Return shipping is paid by you as the customer (99 SEK within Sweden)
- We will refund within 5–10 business days after we receive the return
- In case of a complaint or faulty item, we will cover the return shipping cost
